A Tailored Look

You are given a 15 minute grace period from scheduled appointment time if you communicate with me. After the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for a cancellation fee. Appointment will not be rescheduled until fee is paid. All reschedules/cancellations will need to be done 24 hours prior, anything less will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Unpaid fees result in being blocked from booking. Fees are due same day.
